I am well satisfied with Rose Monzingo’s service. However, the person that answers the phone needs to be replaced. She is away from her desk too much, too long and talks to other staff members . I called about my truck three times before someone answered the phone , then directed my call to a wrong person. This happened twice in two days. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with Allen Toyota.
