I came in this morning at 7:58 am. I was checked in at 8:03am in order to repair a tire. All agents there communicated that it was a good day and time and repairing the tire would be quicker than calling the manufacturer to see if there was a defect. I agreed as I needed the tired repaired so I could get to my workplace in Hattiesburg. I wasn’t brought back to the rig until 9:33am. I overheard that the dealership was now an hour and half behind schedule (a very busy schedule- very different than what was “sold” to me when I arrived that morning. I finally left at 10:38am this morning. Over 2.5 hours to get a tire changed?? I’m surprised at you,Toyota. Also, my advisor was not getting true updates. Just feel possibly a Gant chart or better communication is needed.

Service was good. The only Complaint that I have is my battery needed replacing and I bought a new one. I purchased a battery a little less than 2 years ago. I found my rect when I got home and brought it in to get a refund on the battery the next day when it should’ve been caught initially in your computer system.

Completion notice 1hour by text after tech had finished. Confusion at pickup time about status of truck and its whereabouts. After making payment for services 20 to 40 minutes before truck delivered again confusion. No one likes to wait that long after payment for vehicle. Unfortunately for ja Toyota I got superior service at ja Mazda.

Well, we decided to go with someone a little (a lot) less expensive and, absolutely, more trustworthy.Thank you. Please don't contact me. I work a lot of hours, 6-7 days a week to make my living. I do not have time for a phone call discussing "how you can improve my overall experience". I'm pretty sure (given my experience with J Allen) you won't do anything at all to improve anyone's "overall experience". The "gesture" is appreciated I guess. Thanks.

He's the best customer service agent. On the block tree, simply he treats ppl like they supposed to be treated takes time and care with every customer. Even when I see my other customers giving the same treatment. That's for me with other people. I'm not saying that all the other, service counselors, whatever I'll you call them. Don't do a good job because they all do, but zach goes up and beyond the Call of Duty. Appreciate him and he needs a raise. He probably needs to be head of training. Customer service with all the people that work with toyota, and we thank you very much
