I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked to the air pressure checked on all tires and missing valve stem cap replaced. I was told the tires would be rotated and pressure adjusted. NONE OF WHICH WAS DONE.

When I called to check on the status of my vehicle the first time , a tech said all parts had arrived and they will be beginning work. When I called in the afternoon, a tech said all parts had not arrived and the rest of the parts would arrive at 2pm, and my vehicle would have to stay overnight. The next day I called in the am and was told my vehicle would be ready at lunch time. I called at 12ish and all members were on lunch and no one could tell me if it was ready for pick. This experience has been very unorganized especially since that’s my primary mode of transportation and had to use Ubers to and from work etc
