I just bought this vehicle a few short months ago from J Allen Toyota. Had to spend $351 for a fuel service today. Also already getting warnings about my tires getting close to needing to be replaced. Then to top it off, I also got a warning about needing an alignment. This car has 31,000 total miles on it, and have put 9000 miles on it!!!
Then one of your service advisors (not the guy who checked me in) decided to tell me that is the price you pay for car ownership. He has tattoos, that is all that I remember. I have been owning cars for 40 years, so definitely didn't need to hear that crap from someone who is much younger than myself

Service time was a bit longer than expected. I would appreciate it if techs would reset controls like ac to where they were when brought in. Took me several minutes to reset everything. Also, they advised some other services. I need plain English, not just car talk
