The lack of communication is frustrating. I only received an update when I called before I headed that way. They told me they weren’t able to replace my radio, but on the way there, I received a text from AJ stating my vehicle was ready and it was serviced. I got there and it was not done. No one was able to help me due to the service department being gone for the day. Thankfully I talked to John today. He informed me they ordered the wrong radio after waiting since June!! He was very helpful though, we figured out a plan for when the radio does come in. I’m thankful for John. I do hope the service department improves soon because every time I go for something, the communication is poor.

Asked the service advisor when I brought the car in to clean the inside of the window where oil change stickers have left a gummy residue and to put air in the spare tire. He assured me they would take care of it. Neither were done. The car sat out in the finished area for a good 20 minutes before they checked me out. Total time approximately 1 1/2 hours which is an improvement over the 2 plus hours it took the last time.
