J. Allen Toyota Auto Repair Service

3 hours to change oil and perform tire rotation was about 3x as long as I've ever had to wait for just these services in the past 3 1/2 years I've been coming to your service department. I do appreciate the fact that things happen such as employee absentees or scheduling mishaps, be it employee scheduling or overlooking appointments, but it did not appear many vehicles came back from service for pickup in the last hour plus of my wait. I will monitor the situation in the future, as I have a very immobile schedule on the 1 day or 2 a month I get off work. We got the service done so I could continue to go to work, so that's mission accomplished.

The Uber service was excellent.

Thank you, I appreciate the work done my car isn’t dying on me now and it doesn’t make weird sounds when hitting the brakes, thank you Dante and the techs who did the hard work to make my car run smooth again.

I have noticed a rather Transactional mindset or maybe an over worked staff? The truck sat at Allen Toyota for about 2weeks because of a a/c charging machine repair. When it was returned to me the a/c still had questionable steady cold air flow problems, albeit not as bad as when I first brought it in. Secondly the truck was dirty. It went in clean. A complimentary car wash would have been appreciated especially since I had just paid y’all $3600.00 to work on my truck. The Mechanic when I was able to speak with him , was very professional and personable, as was the service advisor. When a customer spend that much in repairs it’s because they want Toyota customer care and that special something that goes with being a 30 year customer of Toyota. It would have been nice if the mechanic was allowed to meet with me personally and explain what procedures had occurred and what to be aware of and what could go wrong . I was not afforded that I. I got a reading of the repair sheet. Could have gone to Firestone or 5 Min lube down the street on Pass Road for the same briefing so much as it was. Not looking to be treated as a king just because I got an oil change. It’s just that …… I got free coffee . I’ll more than likely likely continue giving Allen Toyota money.

The job was done earlier than promised. Quick and easy turn in.

Very helpful! Communicated throughout the whole process! Went above and beyond after a not so great experience the Friday prior. Purchased the maintenance plan after how helpful he was. I had no intention on return after my experience, he changed my decision without even knowing.
