Although I had to return the next day for a oil change on my vehicle, the service was great. I was helped in a timely manner and was already signed in because of the previous day set back. Plus Jason explained about the video of the vehicle that was being sent and what other things I needed to get checked or purchase for a well working vehicle. Two trips to get a prepaid service done because your dealership couldn’t or wouldn’t honor my scheduled appointment on July 25th at 11:00 am which I arrived 10 minutes early for. I was told you wouldn’t even start on my truck until 2-2:30. Totally unacceptable! A waste of my time and gasoline.
