My car was not serviced, your service dept. was behind two hours. Brought my vehicle in as scheduled and two hour later it was still not serviced. I was informed they were behind and was informed it will be done in two hours. I took leave from job to have my car serviced but had to leave hatch to deposit the night drop before 5:00pm at Whiteriver Wells Fargo bank. Was not asked if I wanted to reschedule Jordan just said your car is park you get it, it’s just parked in the lot. It was not even in line to get service!!!! I’m so disappointed in your service dept. I’ve been with hatch since I’ve been purchasing vehicles since 2008.

2025 Tundra missing engine shroud rubber grommet from factory.
First time opening hood shroud was wedged between motor and frame.
Called prior to first 5000 mile service and told the scheduler i needed it fixed. After servicing was told they had to order one and that it could not be mailed to me.( simple rubber retaining grommet).
I live 3.5 hours away. All the Tundras on your lot and you couldn’t just take one off of another vehicle?
As a family we have bought 5 new vehicles at Hatch in two years, two Tundras, Tacoma, Forerunner and a land cruiser.
Gone out of our way.
But you won’t for me.

My vehicle was serviced on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at approximately 900 o’clock am. When driving my vehicle on Thursday August 7, 2025 to work I began to feel my front end shake a bit. I pulled over and realized that the lug nuts on the from left tire were loose to the point I could unscrew them with my hand. I tightened them properly. However these could have left me in a dangerous situation and I feel as if it is a lack of responsibility from your service techs.

My check engine light came on my way to Hatch for an oil change. I left thinking the locking gas cap was the culprit. The engine light came on the next day and then a low tire light. I guess tire pressure is not measured when doing general safety checks on vehicles! I’m at a local repair shop now. I may just keep them.
