We've always loved our experiences at hatch. Over the years we've bought more vehicles than I can count. We've had them all serviced there as well. Always a great experience. This one was not. 3 hours for a 5000 mile service which is basically rotating tires. I completely understand that sometimes things happen, businesses run short handed constantly but the fact that there was never anyone that explained is going to run long or even just say "I'm sorry for the extend wait" was unacceptable. We drive over the mountain to have work done there. In the future, I'll keep my business local in eagar. Hatch definitely let us down on this one.

I love my Toyota RAV 4. It’s safe , extremely reliable, great gas mileage, spacious for my traveling needs, comfortable and sharp looking!
The pricing was good. I do think the warranty should be longer for new cars as it’s a big investment .
I had my last Toyota Camry for 13 years with small issues . Otherwise the car was a great vehicle.
Love the guys at Hatch Toyota in showlow az. Bought our recent ford truck from this last year . Good trade in for us and it’s going to work for our lifestyle.

I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off. Wait 3 hours. Felt long but ok I roll with that. But..... my husband marked the tires. I got home and my tires where not rotated. But charged for it. I called Eric checked and in the notes says no need for rotation. But was billed for it. Now they are refunding me for the whole visit. Great wonderful. But now I question did my oil ever get changed or just topped off? It makes it hard to trust anyone.

They did not rotate my tires for my 10,000 mile service and I had to tell them to fill my hybrid battery coolant. The only thing they did right was my oil change.
