I called and made an appointment for a recall. I was told they had the part and set an appointment for the next week. Upon arrival they said if we have e the part it will be about 2 hours. 5 hours latter I recived a call I could come pick up my car but it wasnt done due to them not having the part!!! What was the point of this appointment?? This is not the first time I have had similar issues with the service department. I will never be using hatch Toyota to do any service again.

Still problems.with the interior molding for the front seats. There is a design defect causing them to beak away from the seat frame. I told I would have to pay to have them to be replaced and they cost 200 each. No good.

I loved the video showing me the maintenance that was done as well as checking the tires, shocks, brakes, topping off fluids that was low. I wasn’t able to come in person but the video made me feel as if I were there in person. Great job to the maintenance that were involved in my vehicles care, they need a raise.
