The service is fine. The young man who checked me in sat at his desk eating for about 8 minutes. I was standing next to my car and I could see him so he could see me. After eating he went in a back room, came out made eye contact with me and then opened at bottle of water and drank. He did not check me out, a nice young friendly women did.

Eric was above and beyond helpful! My heart kicked in to an arrhythmia that day. When I arrived, mentioned I wasn't feeling good. Eric offered to reschedule. Declined as I didn't want to inconvenience Hatch. Upon leaving Eric had my car reversed in the receiving bay with A/C on! Excellent!! Kudos to Eric!!

Eric did a fantastic job finding the issue with my Camry. He went above and beyond in taking care of me as a customer and also was diligent in keeping abreast of the new TSB that came out in April that described my issue with the EGR valve perfectly. It reminded me why I use Hatch Toyota for my vehicle purchases over and over again.

I was quoted $341. for the service but when I picked up my truck the bill was $559. Seems that I should have been notified of this and has me questioning my trust in Hatch toyota. We are long time customers but not sure that will remain in place.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waited over 1 1/2 hrs when I made an appointment. My car never moved it stayed outside the entire time and then when I make a stink about it all of a sudden my car is pulled back into the garage and they thought I would trust them when they said it’d only be 45 minutes longer. They are a joke and do not care about their customers time at all. They’re good for buying a car but anything to do with servicing your vehicle I would never ever in a million years go here ever again

I made an appointment at 2:15 and my car was not even in the bay yet at 3:30 for an oil change
My car was checked in at 2:07 and I get a message after 3 saying I have missed my appointment
I could not understand the gentleman on the phone the first time I called so I called back
When I got my car back at 4:25 there were greasy foot prints on my driver side mat
That being said the young lady with long brown hair (sorry did not get her name) was amazing she helped 3 diff customers that I witnessed and was very reassuring to all of us
My service rep that signed me in never came to me with information
They found a couple of things that should be done to my vehicle but considering the experience I had today not sure I feel comfortable with Hatch Toyota
