I was surprised when he called and said my Toyota was completed in an hour. That's what I really like to see, especially since I'm a widow who usually comes and waits for the car to be serviced and the 3+ hour waits were brutal.
I don't know if he's newly assigned to my car but I'm extremely happy with the outcome of his work!
