I liked how Mr. Eric Erskine gave updates on my vehicle. Also the option of using the shuttle to get something to eat. I recommend to put a tv in the waiting area for customers, a vending machine for customers to purchase, add additional flavors of creamers for coffee for customers. Overall thank you for fixing the recall on my vehicle.

Great service!! But they said I had a nail in a tire. Too close to the side wall to fix. Wanted to sell me a tire. I took it to someone else the next day. They pulled the staple out and fixed the tire. $20 instead of a $300 tire.

I have an aftermarket skid plate on my 2023 Tacom. I forgot to remove the skid plate before taking it for my oil change. I told the technician and he said don't worry. When I got home from the service department, there was oil dripping on my garage floor. Now I have to clean the undercarriage of my truck with a power washer due to the mess it made. I'm not pleased about this last oil change at Hatch Toyota.
