When I got the car back, I had items that were in my glove box on the floor of my vehicle which I thought was strange unless they needed to get in the glove box as part of the overall inspection. I looked and it appeared that nothing was missing but I thought it was strange.

The service at Hatch has gotten worse and worse over the last few years. Today was the worst and I just left without my oil change. Waiting 3chours for something that should be an hour or less is unacceptable! I have bought every vehicle since 1995 and get this kind of service is pathetic! So much could be said! Like elderly people Waiting 4 hours last time I was in. And today some doctor gets special privileges while we wait a ridiculous amount of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
