I want to thank the gentleman that helped me with the service and analysis of my vehicle for his honesty and sincerity. I will be bringing my Highlander back to Hatch Toyota for its next service. I recently spent some time at the Toyota dealership in Santa Fe NM and I have a suggestion for Hatch Toyota if you don’t mind me saying. In Santa Fe the sales team dressed more like the customer and in Hatch Toyota the sales team dresses upscale above the customer. One guy was wearing loafers without socks. Cmon!

Jason was great. However, my appointment was at 11:30 and I arrived at 11:20. It took 2 hours for my oil change, much longer than I expected as I waited at the dealership. Also the price quoted online was not what I was charged and this is not the first time. Jason was going to correct it , but I had waited long enough as it was and had to go. May need to rethink next time

I asked for the service manager to call me back today and I’ve yet to hear anything from the department! I’m not happy with my oil change there was oil dumped all over the skid plate of my vehicle and then when I left the dealership it blew all over the under side of my truck you would think for the price you would get better service they couldn’t even wipe my skid plate I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the oil filter until I climbed underneath to look! I don’t think i will be back. I probably should’ve went to Walmart I would have gotten better service!

I disliked any experience I’ve had with the service department (not the techs themselves) They are dismissive and rude. So much so that I immediately went to Horne and traded in my 4Runner with 15k miles on it for a brand new Yukon. That’s how bad I never want to step foot in this place again!
