Tim was great! He is always knowledgeable and patient when I have questions. I did have one concern that did not get addressed and that was when checking out with the cashier. I asked her about the discount thar I had seen on television regarding having service and saving more, she knew nothing about it. She said to ask Tim and he was not at his desk. I was hoping I could have saved some money on my $1500 bill. Perhaps enlightening the cashiers about this may help.

Your dealership contacted me via text and phone to schedule an appointment for the seatbelt recall. They wanted me to come in last week, but I couldn’t get off work on such short notice, so I scheduled it for today, took the day off, and arranged a ride. I dropped off my vehicle the night before to make it easier for my husband to give me a ride. Today, I got a call saying they couldn’t do the repair because no one ordered the parts. The gentleman who called was very nice and ordered the parts, but now I have to make new arrangements to bring my car in again. I cannot understand why there is such a breakdown in communication with the service department. I don’t like wasting a vacation day and not getting the repair done.

I came in to service because a tire's air pressure was low. A gentleman putting air in the tire was able to see a nail in the tire. I'm beyond thankful that the car was able to get serviced with a new tire today. A shuttle was able to take me home and pick me up. So grateful. Excellent service from Alex.

I had requested assistance in correcting a noise emitting from the rear passenger door. I tapped the door to create the sound with the service advisor when I dropped off the vehicle. A diagnostic fee was charged but no feedback provided. When I enquired, I was told the noise could not be replicated by the technician. At no time was any initiative taken to contact me to learn more to assist in resolving the issue. I chose to bring the vehicle to a designated Hyundai dealership as I thought your technicians would be better equipped to trouble shoot and resolve this annoying issue. The lack of diligence, initiative and follow up was very poor.

Frustrated that I had an appointment almost a year ago for pictures so my car can be painted and was told at that time they would not take pictures because they have no way of honoring warranty anytime within the next couple years. Then today waited a long time only to be told it will be weeks to get approval and then will be more than a year to schedule service to have painted. We have been paying for a car that looks like it belongs in a junk yard because of paint chipping and peeling. This is so ridiculous that we have to drive a car that we are still paying on that looks terrible it’s very disappointing. We think the car should be replaced because of how disgusting it looks.
The service man that handled case today was very nice but nothing he could do. He tried the best he could to get me in and out quickly but whoever had to take pictures took over an hour.
