The service itself was great. The service advisor was polite and clear but the rental car was Filthy both inside and out! I was given a very small clown car as an alternative to a GV80. I could live with that but not the condition of the car. It was quite evident that this car was dirty not just from the last renter but it NEVER gets cleaned. When I went to the window there was a young man scrolling on his phone…. At least put him to work cleaning cars between rentals!

Responses were slow, my appointment wasn't in the system when I arrived and I had to show my email and text I received confirming the appointment to be seen. I felt like a criminal. How does that happen? I make the appointment, you guys confirm, send a text and email but it doesn't show up when I arrive. Then The part I needed wasn't in stock I paid for the items I had done and left
