Acacia was great. Only point of concern is the invoice says they used 0w-20 oil, this engine (2.5t, not the 2.5na)calls for heavier 0-30w and says on the oil cap. Worked in Hyundai Kia dealers for 12 year, I know sometimes parts will bill the wrong oil and pass the tech the right stuff

I was 100% completely satisfied with the actual service to the Tucson, what I was disappointed with was trying to get a rental car (we live 100 miles away and I need a car while the service is going on): I left multiple voice messages daily with the rental facility and didn't get a single call back -- Additionally, I called and left a message with the service manager asking for help with the rental car department, and again did not get a call back. I finally arranged for a rental with Enterprise, but a callback even saying there were no cars available would have been nice.
