Everyone in the service department was very friendlyand professional. The service to my car was very quick.

Not the friendliest of stuff. Difficult scheduling an appointment or getting a straight answer as to how long it would take. Loaner car staff not friendly. I was given a car I knew nothing about the car I was given. Check-in area needs done reorganizing. A wrecked car parked made entering the area extremely difficult to access. Just not impressed with the service department. Hopefully it will improve.
