Tim is the best you got! You can definitely tell when he is given a well deserved off day. Tim made sure to address me by name make clear eye contact provide clear instruction and I’d trust his recommendations over all. Unfortunately his service skills and professionalism is not always shared with the entire staff. Having to wait an hour outside my work is extremely dangerous and had me uneasy and clear communication between management with porters and pick up drivers needs work. Tim was ready to personally pick me up which was only down the street but still shows his commitment. Thank you Tim. I hope your team grows to be half as committed to your clients as you are.

My question about possible sensor issues in regards to the oil light not ever coming on when the dipstick showed no oil on it and also the question about my seatbelt alarm on the front passenger side that no longer alarms. I brought both those issues up with Angela and when I picked up the car, there was nothing on the paperwork about those questions nor that that those issues were addressed I will take it up next time when I get the car in there again at 1000 miles to evaluate oil consumption.

Alex always does a great job communicating, explaining in perfect detail the work being performed. The Hyundai company not so good. But Alex is amazing. He goes above and beyond, i wish hyundai had cars as reliable as alex. We also have referred alex to our own family members. Thank you , alex for making this nightmare of a car less of a nightmare

The service on my vehicle was good and I do like my Palisade but I was disappointed that I wasn’t reminded until I came to pick my car up that you charge a service fee when a credit card is used to pay the bill. I did not have a check with me and I don’t have a debit card. I will keep this in mind for future maintenance needed on my car and possibly look elsewhere to have the work done on my car.

This was my first time coming for service with a new car. Getting it scheduled was a bit of a trick between the car wanting to schedule and then calling in … the Hyundai car online deal didn’t work. Next time I’ll just call y’all directly and get it scheduled. The service was great.

No complaints with Tim - he's always very helpful and accommodating. Usually I drop my car off and pick it up later that day - this time I chose to wait since it was just an oil change & tire rotation - 1 to 1-1/2 hours. It was 3 hours before I was able to get my car and leave. I understand there were a couple of recalls - had I known that ahead of time I would have dropped it off.

My app is still showing where my vehicle is in need of service, which is not accurate. I mentioned this to the service rep who indicated the info had been submitted and it may take some time for your system to sync up. As I’m responding to this message almost 8 hours have passed and the app still indicates I have not had the required service done. This is a poor representation of Hyundais’ data system.

Acacia, is why I keep coming back. Very professional right from greeting me by name and taking care of my service by going over the work order. She is a plus to the organization. I've taught customer service for a well known brand and she exemplifies the way it should be. Ill be back.
