Purchased a new car with a paint issue took 5 weeks to get my car back in to get the paint fixed at which time I was told that they had an appointment with the body shop I took it in on a Wednesday on Monday had been done yet finally on Tuesday they did the work and I got it back on Wednesday meanwhile I had an economy card to drive which my handicapped brother could not use I was not happy that my car sat there for 4 days while they did nothing and I could have been driving it. Overall the car came out nice the paint problem is fixed and the problem was resolved but with but not without issues. I also called and left messages numerous times never got called back had to go to the dealership twice to see the status of my car in my opinion that's not customer service

Kaylee was very helpful and answered all my questions politely. My only problem was trying to reach the service Dept. I am old school and not good with all the computer way of interacting with people. I am a face - to - face person or actually speaking to a person. I do not carry my phone around and look at it constantly, so it is frustrating for me at times. This is not a reflection on the service to my car. This is a reflection of the difficulty reaching you on your phone system. Also you should update the phone number on your Map listing on the GPS app. It says the phone is not valid.

Service department did a great job determining what was causing the error codes on my ioniq 5. Hopefully the sales department remembers to remove the GPS tracking devices prior to selling future ioniq vehicles.
