Everyone at Hyundai was fantastic. Kayley Dixon was extremely kind and conscientious. She took care of everything! The manager arranged for me to get my car in and the team made sure I was good to go!
There was an error with my bill, which I caught and they immediately remedied. They were courteous and thorough and made arrangements so that I was not stuck for hours. Very kind. They also squeezed me in when I couldn’t get an appointment I very much needed. All said, top notch!!
Just a suggestion: I will mention that other dealerships regularly run the cars through their car wash before returning them. When I had my Subaru, Lou Fusz did that and my daughter’s car dealer, which is Hyundai, does this. Just a suggestion.

I had no problem with Alex. He was fine. But have had this car just shy of a year and this is the second time I’ve had it in for what I consider minor repairs. Both times they had to order parts which involved me bringing the car back a second time to complete the repair. Maybe you should consider keeping more parts in stock especially for the newer cars.
