I pre arranged a pick up at my office at 915 I received notice they would arrive. However they did not arrive till 10 . Driver was unprofessional, could not find my location, and drove recklessly. I closed my eyes several times in fear.
If it would have been my uber, and I was not already late for my 10 o clock appointment, I would have asked for him to pull over and let me out
