The service that was completed on my car went fine. Sadly, I have been trying since January to have this completed though and no one would return my calls.
I finally got the appointment and after my car was checked in I then received a text message asking if my car was even there?! I was very confused as I thought the technicians would have been aware of this before reaching out to me.
I was also told that this would take a long amount of time and that I was not able to sit and wait for it to be completed, but rather drop it off the day prior. After I had to find a different car for my trip to my job because this was told to me, I was shocked to see that the whole service time for my car was under 1 1/2 hours in which I could’ve waited at the dealership. I hope to have a better experience next time!

Angela did a wonderful job, got me taken care of and out quick.
The downfall was the porters...both had headphones/ ear buds in and I had to repeat myself twice so they could understand what I was saying, uniforms might be nice because neither was dressed professionally. Lastly, as I was getting ready to leave a different porter blocked me in and was annoyed that he had to move so I could get out.
