In general things were good. However the service was not entered in blue link so I keep getting annoying messages about service overdue on my car and phone.

They knew I was coming because of the recalls and you should have enough parts supplies to fix your clients cars. They messed up with my work and now I have to stop going to work for a second day when you guys get the parts. This is not a good customer service.

I shouldn’t have to have a hand written post-it note attached to my dashboard that I need to have my granddaughter’s car seat resecured. I should have been told upfront that they wouldn’t reinstall the seat after they took it out to do the seat belt recall. I didn’t put it in my car so I don’t know how to reinstall. I would have removed it if I had known upfront so I would know how to reinstall. Tim didn’t say anything to me when we were chatting. I sent a text with a pic when I saw the post-it note, of course he can’t receive it. Only then did he apologize for the inconvenience when I told him what the post-it said via text not a phone call.
