The text messaging system you use is very convenient and helps things go smoothly while keeping the customer informed. **** has excellent communication skills and was knowledgeable about the repairs being performed. 1. This was the third visit to get the antenna fixed. 2. The charge was more than estimate. 3. I had to wait 45 minutes after the car was ready before I got the text. 4. When I got the car, the dashboard clock didn’t work. 5. Somebody else’s keys were in my car. Fortunately a mechanic came by my house to get the keys and he reconnected the clock while he was there.

I made the appt for the 5000 mile oil change while on the road from Charleston, SC to Ft Collins. The person I spoke to was very helpful. She even “registered” my Highlander in your system in addition to my 4Runner ( I’m a long distance repeat customer). I was greeted by a person, who sported a nice wide mustache. He helped me with a problem bring up the map because I struggled finding you without it. I prefer the one in my 2020 4Runner much more, more intuitive and not cell phone dependent. This is my wife’s car. The service advisor was quick to check me in and the service was completed in less than the hour expected. On his advice I had someone in sales explain the map issue. He was very helpful explaining while showing me that I needed to listed on the car as the secondary driver. That helped a lot. In fact, I was able to make my way back home on the other side of town. I wish I remember everyone’s names but I’m sure it will not be difficult to determine who they are. Thanks again and kudos to those who assisted me.

**** did well trying to accommodate me picking up my car. He scheduled a uber. But before this I had called a couple of times requesting an update about the car. I left 2 messages with no call back or was on hold for at least 5 minutes for someone to answer and then put me back on hold. But I found it very frustrating that NO ONE knew if I had extended warranty. The communication was poor. I already have a hard time going to this dealership and this experience once again confirmed that I will not be purchasing further vehicles from there.

Very friendly service, but it took about 5 minutes for me to get someone’s attention to greet me. **** was very friendly when ultimately got to me but he seemed unaware that I’d been waiting for him because he then went and helped another customer who came in after me. My conversation took about 5 seconds so it was bit frustrating that my time didn’t seem to be valued. However, I appreciate that he is following through with the warranty repair and trust he and team will provide a timelier experience for me next time.
