**** and Kyle took really good care of my car. I was so excited that I really didn’t need brakes and the new tires that I bought are so nice. Smooth and quiet ride like my Avalon should do. DeeAnn went through all the different tires and this rides like she told me they should do.

I'd like to know why my service was with Ken again? This is the second time I've chosen a different employee and was given Ken. I will never feel comfortable staying in the lobby because Ken left me there for hours. I would've preferred to stay in the lobby but once I saw I had Ken. Tanner was wonderful. The only comment I have is that to take almost 3.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation seems excessive.
