It is beyond frustrating when it takes 4 hours to get your oil changed and filters replaced. My service advisor did not tell me the expected wait time which usually happens when I drop my car off. I approved the filter replacement and it took 1.5 hours to complete that. Again, no notification of time estimate. Very disappointed.

Also the last time I was in there people were coming in say no one was answering the phone. The guy said oh. Someone called in sick and the other person is on vacation. You mean that you have no managers or anyone who can answer your service phone calls and inconvenience customers to drive down there. Also the guy behind the glass near the waiting room was sitting on his computer watching a movie on his phone.

My dissatisfaction is in both Trevor and the technician. The oil change was fine. The issues resolve around the recall of the backup camera guides. This issue was not fixed. Apparently there is a recall on the camera not working, however our issue is the guides on the backup camera do not work anymore. I’m guessing the technician saw that our camera was working fine but did not follow up with Trevor to see why we brought in our vehicle when it seems to be working. Once I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that nothing was changed. I immediately brought back the vehicle to the dealership. Trevor checked with the technician and the technician apparently indicated that that was a total different reset for the guides. Trevor did offer to see if we could get it fixed tomorrow however our schedule does not allow for this. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication. Also, when I was picking up my vehicle, Trevor forgot to put my key on the ‘hook’ for worker to grab the key and bring my vehicle around. It was only when I went back into Trevor after 20 minutes, did he realize my key was still in the original spot. Overall it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a dealership. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised that this happened at Pederson. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

The only negative,that was corrected by my service representative, was that I wasn't aware that you have a 3% fee on payment with credit card and none of the cumunication from peterson toyota let me know about this until I checked the vehicle for service. Coming from loveland it would have been difficult to get to my house to get a check. Now that I know what to expect it's no problem and the fee was credited. Thank you
