Ken was great...I just added to have the drio stains from the tinting installation cleaned up and they weren't even touched...
Also...the headlamp has an issue but he seemed to think it was a reason he knewnof...I just really wanted to show him what I was concerned about and he despaired something else.
I will try to be more clear with my request next time...
Everyone is very kind...oddly...the kindness makes ne feel bad for not being fully satisfied with the visit. :/

My appointment was at 8:30 and I didn’t leave there until 11. All I came for was an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked about it he said they had some computer/tech issues that morning and it slowed everything down. While I understand these things happen, it’s completely unacceptable to leave me sitting in a waiting room for 2.5 hrs without letting me know what’s going on. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have tried to walk the kids to a restaurant or something. Communication sucked and I will be finding a different place for service from now on.

Communication wasn’t great about when my vehicle was finished. I had to text to inquire and then received a text back after about 15 minutes saying it was ready for pick up and that the service center would be closing at 5pm for an employee Christmas party. I didn’t mind the early closure but I only received the text 9 minutes before 5pm. It takes us a minimum of 10 minutes to get there. We raced there and obviously they were still open but it seemed like there wasn’t enough staff to get everyone checked out. Bill did a great job getting me checked out but he was running around without much help. Kudos to him for staying calm and positive. He still had a smile, was courteous, and efficient.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with, and the service itself left
me with some questions. I wasn’t asked what type of oil to use in my truck (I would not have chosen conventional), a number of known issues weren’t noticed/noted (with the explanation “you probably already knew about those”), and at least one of my fluids (that I’ve been keeping my eye on) was left blank on the multi-point inspection. I take my truck to the dealership because I take pride in ownership, and I was left with a “meh” quality experience. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the experience I have come to expect from a dealership.

It was not Bill that concerned me but the rapid receiving of the vehicle and then when I picked it up. The multi point inspection indicated my truck was out of oil on check in which it wasn’t. I was then informed that I needed new “boots” which possibly could necessitate a new axle which was very concerning but would have to schedule a diagnostic appointment to determine. Only after returning to discuss my empty oil check and Bill reached out to repair was it clarified it was a power steering boot. I realize that you have a busy schedule however…
