It took your team almost 48 hours to get a fob which I purchased there and then another $300 for it to be programmed. That is completely unacceptable and I am going to most definitely spread the word about the debacle and cost for a single fob to be programmed.

The initial call I made to Pedersen about my gouged tire was great, she told me to pull right in to the garage and get my tire checked. Things went downhill from there. My two interactions with Trevor and the scheduler I talked to on Tuesday made me feel silly and small. I need to feel safe on I25, not humiliated for asking for help.
