2024 RAV4 recall. This dealership should have known they don’t have the parts required for the recall before it was even scheduled. I scheduled this a month ago and reserved a rental car for the day, only to find out 4 hours later that this dealership doesn’t have the parts required for this TSB. Just poorly handled. My wheels were dinged up and scratched during the rotation process, I talked to Chris about this and will meet with him on Friday . 1st time to have them rotated exactly why I have not done it before , just because my truck is 11 years does not give someone the excuse. To damage my wheels , hopefully this will be taken care of as Chris seemed to understand and want to repair the damage if possible.

The drivers side rear view mirror outer cover is broken- the tech’s initial estimate of $250 seemed high but I approved it- but then it was actually $600 to replace the mirror!!! That seems so exorbitant - I wish I could get the cover for the mirror taken care of more reasonably- will look online
