If you are going to charge a 3% surcharge to pay with a credit card you should make that clear when we drop the car off so we can plan to pay with cash or check. Otherwise, everything was good.

Better follow up. When a rep leaves a voice mail that he will call when more is known about what is wrong, it shows unprofessionalism when instead of the call being returned, an estimate is texted.
