Communication was poor - service dept had the vehicle all day and I had to call more than once late in the day to get an update . Did not get a call back after leaving 2 messages with Grace - I finally just showed up at the dealership at closing because I needed my car . I spent $900+ and expected better service and communication .

My vehicle sat for 2 days with out service because service agent was sick. Service manager Chris was contacted by email. I still have not received a call. Service isn't what it use to be at Pedersen even though software is in place. Policy needs changed and customers need to covered and communication is needed on a daily basis.

When I first called to set up the appointment, the individual I talked to ran through a long checklist of what needed to be done at 100,000 miles totaling over $900. When I came in and talked directly with Trevor Page, he found that there were several things I had already done at 60,000 miles. So that took the price down to about $560. Later in the day I got a text (from I assume the person doing the work on the car) telling me that there were other things that had to be done and it would be well over $900 again. While I was waiting for a phone call back from Trevor Page to clear this up, I then got a text saying the car was done and it would be the original price of around $560. Trevor wasn’t available when I went in to pick up the car and whomever I talked to didn’t really explain why all the changes and different amounts. I then just got the keys, got the car and left. This is the first time in over 25 years of working with Pedersen’s on a variety of things, major car services, buying five vehicles, etc. that I’ve had less than a great experience. I would mention that Trevor Page was excellent to work with and if all of this confusion is something that’s not right in your computer system about what we’ve done with our 2020 Highlander Hybrid, I’d like somebody to please correct it so the next time I don’t run into these problems. Waited 15 mins with a toddler for Bob to become available as our check in attendant told us we should... turns out Bob wasn't there that day. My vehicle actually was moved through the queue twice while I waited - that maybe should've been the first clue. I had a 7:30 appointment and arrived shortly after that, it feels like that appointment wasn't worth much if I waited until almost 8 to actually get seen. Trevor saved the day and finally figured out something was wrong, but I find I am consistently waiting for someone once I've pulled up, rather than just being helped by any of the number of service providers handing out or chatting (not always with other customers).
