I scheduled online, the app allowed me to so I took off work at 2pm only to be told at 3pm as I was waiting for my vehicle, that it couldn't be done and I would have to come back tomorrow. Then today, I was waiting for a call that my vehicle was done-as I was promised I would receive and the day went on so I called only to be told my car was ready. I would have appreciated a phone call when you saw my online request wasn't going to be enough time and again today when I was waiting.

You never fixed our car despite it being towed to your lot. It sat there for one whole week without a diagnostic being run on it. A diagnostic could have been squeezed in. When my wife stopped by the dealership to check on the status she came into contact with **** who was extremely rude and short with her. **** was not a great communicator with me regarding what was happening with my vehicle. When she brought this up to him along with the need to know what the status was, he had an attitude with her. If he deals with people, he needs to increase his ability to communicate effectively and politely and cut the attitude.
So, we towed our car to another Toyota dealer after it sitting in the lot for a week and the attitude we got. We will not be back to service our other Toyota car nor will we purchase another car at the Ft Collins Toyota store. You have cost us $700 by just letting the car sit in the lot for a week. No need to hear from ****.

I had an appointment at 2 o’clock today. I was there at 1:45 at 2:45. My car still hadn’t been touched so I asked for my vehicle to be returned because I needed to get back to work. I had to take 1.5 away from work and didn’t get my oil changed. Frustrated.

I didn’t receive additional communication about my car so I had to uber to the service center myself. I contacted the service center for help before they closed with no response. After finding an uber myself, I arrived at the dealership right as the service center closed, so the dealership employees had to look for my keys/car. My concern with the TPMS was also not addressed.
