Although the service was done, I was very disappointed in the dirty vehicle that was given to me by Delilah. I felt like I needed a shower after I got out the car. Every window and mirror was filled with dust, fingerprints and residue from previous customers. I have photos if needed. This was a disgrace.

When I received my vehicle inspection report I selected no tires but YES to the alignment. It never happened. Now I have to waste another day taking it to another mechanic to get it fixed. It’s a disappointing inconvenience. Once my oil change package is done, I will not return to JM.

When arriving to pick up my car from service I was told that my service advisor was not there but the receptionist got my paperwork and had me sign it. She was very nice. After signing the paperwork I was told to go outside the doors and that a porter would bring my car around to me. So I go outside and watch several customers come out and get their cars. After waiting 45min. I went back in only to be told that they can’t fine my car!! After another 15 min they found it, an hour wasted. Not Happy
