Delilah is the best. Very profesional and accomodating. She does a great job taking care of her clients. Only problem with her is she said my car would be ready in about an hour and is was ready in 50 minutes. Haha. Delilah is just so good at her job. I called JM Lexus several times to inquire about my replacement part. My vehicle was serviced on May 17, 2026. I find it hard to believe that it takes over two weeks to get a part. I finally called and spoke to a very nice lady in the service department on May 31, 2026. On June 1, 2026 I received a phone call from that nice lady advising me that my part is in. I never heard from Chauncey and I am not satisfied with him.
