So you don’t have to text me 175 times about my experience with your Service on my vehicle. Yes, I’m exaggerating but come on guys. Then as I was driving home from my Ganley service in my vehicle how shocked I was to get a text making me aware that I missed my appointment and need to reschedule. What’s up with that. I would’ve purchased my sixth new car from Ganley Toyota if your new car manager wouldn’t have ignored me and made me feel like I wasn’t important, he literally ghosted me. I ended up going to Toyota of N Canton and buying a new Sienna and a used Camry.

I think I can speak as a loyal Ganley Toyota customer. I have bought or leased, I believe, 10 vehicles at this dealership. I am still in shock over the cost to repair the operation of my driver’s window.
I have no problem with service agent Matthew.
It seems to me that $953 is way out of line, even by today’s standards. With service charges and tax included, the $953 is almost $80 more than the price we discussed. Estimates should be based on out-the-door cost or clearly state that they are not.
