My wife brought my car in to be serviced. She waited for the vehicle. She wasn't updated during the service and she wasn't told when the vehicle was ready. I received a text message and had to call the dealership to tell them to tell her it was ready because her phone had died while she was waiting. A receptionist went and got her not the service technician.

Not interested in buying a car from a dealership that would feature Fox News as “entertainment” for your customers. Why would you intentionally alienate prospective car buyers? Doesn’t make good business sense.
