I was originally told service would. Be a 1.5 hours. My service time was 9am, 2 hours later still waiting and no feedback from service that it would be longer. So I went to service rep at that time Dan Malloy went to check on car and came back and told me it would be another half hour. At 12 noon car still not ready, I had an dr appointment in Canton at 1:40. At 12:20 I went to inquire about my car again as I needed to leave dealership no later than 12:30. Finally the car was complete. I don't mind waiting, but a more realistic time would have helped me prepare better for the longer wait for the service.
