The car alignment is not correct. I paid $1,000 to get it fixed. The tires were inflated to 39 PSI, the car was not washed after service, and the steering wheel still veers to the left. Ken Ganley will get a personal phone call from me.

The entire process went fantastically. I took the car in Thursday. They gave me an estimate and order parts. The parts were installed Monday by 10:30 am. Couldn't have gone better.

Waited over 2 hrs for a oil change. Was never updated on what was going on. When I inquired I was informed I needed a air and cabin filter. I was not going to wait another hour or more to have that done. I could see it was very busy. But it looked like you were over booked. Been customer for 13 years and service was always better. Dan apologized. Would have been better with updates. I would have left car if I knew it would be that long.

I visited Toyota on Friday March 13th to have an oil change & also to have my driver side window looked at (as it was leaking water from the seal) Initially, David S. was very nice, and kind. However, my experience was negative because I was supposed to have a call back in regards to my window leaky seal. Did not have a call back I intended to call myself & had no idea what I was talking about no notes were preformed & had to explain it all over again… For example, the communication was poor; I was promised a follow-up call on either Monday or Tuesday which never happened. Additionally, I encountered back and forth miscommunication. This experience could have been avoided when I was there getting an oil change.. but I had to come back 2 times. I had to get a rental car because they needed my car a full day to get my window fixed. To improve, I would suggest ensuring to follow up on customers. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from having a similar experience."
