Service appointment went well and the rep was personable. Told them my odometer was off and they said nothing can be done. What about a recalibrate? This is a new vehicle. When picking up my new vehicle for the first time the manager gave me the cold shoulder. He didn't want bothered. Emailing a different manager about the car pick up and he wouldn't respond. Two managers that didn't want bothered. Doesn't make me want to come back for car service or to purchase a new vehicle.
