I went in for my 6 months of service expecting my first needed oil change and tire rotation, along with a mention of a squeaky back panel complaint I wanted to have checked out. It appears only a tire rotation was completed after about an hour. No oil change and no investigation or mention into the squeaking back panel. I was dissatisfied with the service and now have to look for a different place to do the oil change as this dealership is an hour away. Most likely won’t be back for future services.

I had my tires previously aligned at Goodyear, and I was told that Toyota would be able to use shims to correct the alignment issue. So I take the car to Toyota. They tell me they can’t do anything because it’s warping of the rear axle beam. Fine, no problem, but that means that no work was done to my car given that the unaffected three tires were already aligned, so I paid $150 to be told the work I thought I was paying for couldn’t be done.
