As a women I rarely feel comfortable and not taken advantage of,today was no exception. I was told my brakes were dire and has maybe a week left. I paid for the service but didn't feel like he took care of me and instead got a lot of extra money from me.
Mike Ash was the best service person and treated us like we were important and never made me feel anything but comfortable even when delivering bad news on occasion. I believe I will be looking elsewhere for my toyota needs. I was even looking at a new 4 runner in the showroom today but changed my mind.

I usually have a good experience at this dealership, but this visit was disappointing due to the miscommunication during pickup. I checked in for my oil change appointment and mentioned that I would be waiting in the dealership. I was told by the service advisor, David Britton, that he would come find me when my vehicle was ready. I remained in the waiting area the entire time while working.
However, when my service was completed, no one came to notify me. I later found out my paperwork had been ready for some time. When I asked him why I was not notified as discussed, I was told that he “could not find me,” even though I remained in the main waiting area for the duration of my visit. Even a quick check of the waiting area would have likely located me because I was seated in the same area the entire time
I have not previously received live text updates from this dealership before, and I was not informed that notifications would be handled differently during this visit either. Based on what I was told at check-in, I was expecting in-person notification in the waiting area and was not monitoring my phone for updates. This mismatch in communication and expectations led to unnecessary confusion and delay.

While the services were nice and the representatives nice, husband feels that I got taken advantage of for a charge which should had been covered by a plan that was purchased at the time we got the truck. It’s not the first time that it has happened and it had happened with another Toyota dealership.
