I was told on the phone that everything was good to go , I came and picked up my vehicle. The multipoint inspection paperwork link was sent to me. The paper is mostly blank. No checks are on the paper, the paper only states that the tires were rotated which was at my request. I have no verification that anything else was even looked at. I love Toyota I just think if you’re going to offer a free inspection, the paperwork should show what was included in that inspection.

I brought my 2011 vehicle for routine service. Also to follow up on AAA report from their visit to our home.
I was there over 2 hrs but I wasn’t concerned. I was keeping busy.
Matthew came to explain to me why the wait. The lady who checked me in did not explain the issue to the next person.
A new person was assigned to work on my car. A new battery was placed but it did not need replaced and the old one was put back in.
No problems. Just communication issues.

He went back and forth to the boss. One of the offers (which was the best he could do) was a free car wash. W H A T ?????
Don’t insult me. That is free with any service.
I after I commented about this, I was given a free oil change coupon.
Then on my receipt it stated that I was upset.
That is a lie. Do not put untrue stories about customers to make yourself look good. I do not like untrue things said about me.
Just because I am a woman, does not make this kind of thing more acceptable.

I will continue doing my business with Ganley. I’ve been going there for years and service has always been great. Thank you.
