Matthew went a step above on his service today. He was gracious and took us to the right people to answer our questions. Them he surprised me. He could tell I was frustrated with the dealer from whom we bought the car (not Ken Ganley). He came to the waiting area sat down and listened to my concerns ( even though they weren’t about Ken Ganley). That kind of attention communicates respect. He was personable and honest and helpful. I am still talking about his kindness. I don’t know if he learned that from his parents or from your training. But it was top notch. Please tell him how very pleased we were with him.

Because it was so busy at the East Market location, I waited for over 90 minutes for a door guard to get installed on my car. When I was leaving I had to search for my car which was parked outside the service area. Usually someone escorts me out of st least tells me where my car is located. However I realize the service area was short handed.

The locking lugnut key is missing from the tire tool kit, which was left open to roll around in the back. I am completely dissatisfied with the last few visits to the Ganley service department. I will need this lost "key" replaced ASAP.
