Matthew was polite, friendly, and a good communicator. He set expectations with me and listened to the symptoms and situation related to my appointment and met and exceeded my expectations. I will likely request him as a service advisor for my next appointment.

Lisa did great! I’m still a little disappointed in the fact that Toyota didn’t completely cover the replacement of my faulty radio so close to the end of my warranty with a known issue. Upon leaving the tech guy that helped me log in my phone suggested I should have took it somewhere else in get a Sony because they are better quality and also sound better. If I would have known that from the start I would have just done that instead. The cost would have been about the same and I wouldn’t have had to go without a radio for so long !
