Nothing to do with Dan or my car's service, which I appreciated, but--as I worked there for several hours-- wondered why you are spending what seems to be significant money on the renovation of a lobby and display area that was perfectly lit, modern and inviting. Your customers would welcome prices kept down more than expensive new lobby decor.

I was very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Ganley Toyota. We worked with Dan Malloy when he was at Cain Toyota. His professionalism and attention to detail are excellent. We trust him implicitly with his abundant knowledge and advice. Dan arranged for my car to be picked up (I am nearly 85) by two very kind gentlemen who washed my car after new brakes were installed. They recognized that my car needed a bit (more than a bit) of inside cleaning and took care of that. I am no longer able to physically do what I used to do. I am happy to now choose Ganley Toyota as my “go to” Dealership for all of my automobile needs and to tell others about the great service. Thank you to all. Kay F

Service overall was great. My only disappointment was with communication on Monday morning. I called and spoke with a representative at 9 AM and again at 10 AM to find out if repairs would be complete by 11 AM for our trip. Didn’t get a callback. So we just showed up at 11. Fortunately the vehicle repairs were done. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise service was just fine.

Again, I don’t know if you wash cars after you do bodywork and paint. But the car was very dirty again. I know it’s set for a week but still I would think that since you guys have a car wash you could’ve put it through real quick to clean it. Also, there was a can of hard twisted tea on the back bed between the window and the bed sitting there when my husband got home from bringing it back. He didn’t go anywhere after he picked it up from the dealership and when he got home, he found a twisted tea a full can between the window and the bed sitting there stuck there there was even a mark where it had been sitting there for a while.I don’t know what kind of body shop you guys use, but evidently they don’t care how they treat someone else’s car. I am very dissatisfied for the third time. I can’t believe that a company would treat someone else’s car this way. I know my truck is only a $31,000 used truck. But I’ve only had it for two years and there was only one owner who kept it really nice and so far my truck has been put through the wringer. I may not have been able to afford a $55,000 truck. But this is the nicest truck we have had and we were hoping to keep it for a while. 31,000 is a lot of money to put out on something that someone isn’t gonna take care of when they work on it for you. I don’t think I’m going to bring my car back there anymore. And I think I will be calling (Ken Ganley) senior to tell him I am very dissatisfied. I know you guys think this is a joke and are laughing right now. But it’s not. If you had put that kind of money out on a truck for yourself, you wouldn’t have been satisfied with it either. Lenny’s auto body treated me better than you who sold it to me. I can’t believe I have to write this letter. I am so tired. And I hate conflict. But I have to stand up for what I believe in. While driving home I noticed my hood was not latched. I pulled over to secure it and in the process one of my rings fell off of my finger and I lost it. Carelessness caused this.
