The staff were friendly. However, I found the amount for the service for labor to be excessive. $64.71 for labor for an oil change and tire rotation? The amount for the parts was $$53.33. What is the incentive to return to the dealership when I can get the same service elsewhere for a much better price.
Disappointed.
