I thought that having an appointment that it would speed the service but 1 1/2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation is a little too long

When I\nWent in , the person that checked me in was terrible. They were very rude and short and wrote up my vehicle with things that I didn't even say that were wrong.. I\nHad called twice after my vehicle was there for first time five hours , and the second time seven hours to try and talk to somebody asking them about my vehicle... The\nPerson that was in charge of my check-in.Let me know that nobody had gotten to my vehicle in five hours and that she would call me when somebody actually looked at it. So the last time I called , I needed to talk to a supervisor because they were being very unhelpful. The shop supervisor was very helpful and able to get me to the mechanic and diagnose my problem with my car in ten minutes. He made the experience better.But the beginning was absolutely horrible.
