The staff was courteous and professional. They provided a great customer service experience. My dissatisfaction primarily is with the exorbitant cost of the services provided. Suggestion to provide customer loyalty discounts for longstanding Nissan customers.

Excellent. And Randy is a very calming person. But the young cashier was nice but overcharged me. I told her I sent the coupon for my synthetic oil change. The price is $89 on the coupon. Michael the service advisor had informed me the cost would be $98. The young cashier did not look for the service coupon and that was disappointing The older lady Joanna helped with this the last time I was there. Joanna showed me and the young cashier how to get this discount. I plan to call Monday morning at 7am about the error. The young cashier not knowing her job well was the disappointment today.
