I wasn’t satisfied with the high estimates of future work to be done . After looking things over I realized that the cabin filter and the other filter could have been done earlier as I have had several oil changes along the way .
An oil change is however still an oil change and with that I am satisfied .

Yesterday, when I dropped my car off, she told me she would call me at 10 this morning. By 10:30, I hadn’t heard from her, so I called her cell and left a message. At 10:45, I called the dealership, and she told me she would have the final diagnostic shortly and would call me back in 20 minutes max. After an hour, I still hadn’t heard back from her, so my sister in law drove me and my children to the dealership, and she was at lunch. I do not live in Columbia and needed to get back home today. The lack of communication was not professional and extremely inconvenient for me and my family.
