However when we showed up on a Saturday to pick up the car, the first 2 people we talked to were lacking customer service skills and were a tad rude and made the interactions uncomfortable.

The inflation on the charges were ridiculous. Labor over 3000 dollars while the parts were only 600. Plus, I still have to come back for service when my speakers come in. Overall the person working with me was cool
